Build an evidence library before you need it

A calm way to collect outcomes, examples and proof before a promising role appears.

Start with moments, not polished bullets

Keep a short record of projects, decisions and outcomes while the details are still easy to recall. Write down what changed, who was involved and how you knew the work helped.

Add context you can reuse

A useful example includes the situation, your contribution and the result. That gives you enough material to shorten it for a resume, expand it in an interview or adapt it for a cover letter without inventing new details.

Review the library occasionally

Remove duplicates, clarify vague numbers and mark examples that fit leadership, collaboration, analysis or delivery. When a role appears, you can choose relevant evidence instead of trying to remember your best work under pressure.
